{"id":358,"date":"2021-03-12T14:44:17","date_gmt":"2021-03-12T14:44:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aloeforever.com.ar\/FLP\/?p=358"},"modified":"2021-03-12T15:48:58","modified_gmt":"2021-03-12T15:48:58","slug":"calcio-el-protector-de-los-huesos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aloeforever.com.ar\/FLP\/2021\/03\/12\/calcio-el-protector-de-los-huesos\/","title":{"rendered":"Calcio, el protector de los huesos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Es importante mantener niveles adecuados de calcio y vitamina D a lo largo de la vida para alcanzar una masa \u00f3sea pico y evitar que los huesos se vuelvan fr\u00e1giles o d\u00e9biles.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las estad\u00edsticas coinciden en informar como cada a\u00f1o much\u00edsimas mujeres, y ahora tambi\u00e9n los hombres, ven lastimarse sus huesos por la falta de Calcio, de vitamina D o de ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infaltable en la nutrici\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mujeres padecen fracturas \u00f3seas muy variadas (mu\u00f1ecas, cadera, v\u00e9rtebras, manos, etc.) porque su organismo modifica la retenci\u00f3n del calcio en dos momentos: el embarazo y la menstruaci\u00f3n; hecho que se acent\u00faa ante el cambio hormonal que sufren durante la menopausia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siendo uno de los minerales claves en la conformaci\u00f3n de los huesos junto al magnesio, m\u00e1s de 1 kg en un adulto de 70 kg, habitualmente se extrae de la leche y sus derivados en toda dieta saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hay momentos en donde la demanda se aumenta<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Desde el nacimiento hasta los 20 a\u00f1os donde le da consistencia al esqueleto y a la dentadura. <\/li><li>En los adultos, porque la renovaci\u00f3n de los huesos en constante.<\/li><li>En la mujer durante su embarazo y cuando amamanta.<\/li><li>Desde la edad madura en adelante, por la gran exigencia en la renovaci\u00f3n \u00f3sea, no acompa\u00f1ada de los cambios hormonales y el ejercicio adecuados, que complican su absorci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamina D<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamina D se genera a partir de las modificaciones que se producen por el hecho de tomar sol, que provoca su acumulaci\u00f3n en el h\u00edgado, y es clave para la absorci\u00f3n del calcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hechos culturales o la falta del consumo, y\/o de calidad en la conservaci\u00f3n de huevos, h\u00edgado, manteca y leche entera, pescados grasos, tambi\u00e9n el ejercicio diario, de cualquier tipo, y la lactosa de leche; o el abuso en los \u00faltimos tiempos de tabaco, alcohol, inactividad, salvado sin cocinar, laxantes, caf\u00e9 falta de prote\u00edna, algunos tipos de medicaci\u00f3n y los factores de cambio hormonal comentados m\u00e1s arriba, provocan la falta de estos elementos, claves para el metabolismo de los huesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Magnesio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El Magnesio tambi\u00e9n tiene importancia en el desarrollo muscular, el sistema nervioso, el funcionamiento card\u00edaco, el metabolismo de los hidratos de carbono y las gl\u00e1ndulas sexuales; no se acumula en el organismo y se elimina por los ri\u00f1ones y mediante la bilis hacia el tubo gastrointestinal.
